4 Point Arm Leg Raise

None

To Set Up:

Begin by kneeling on the floor, then placing your hands on the floor, so that knees are beneath hips and hands are beneath shoulders. Your trunk should be roughly parallel to the floor, and in a neutral spine position.

To Perform:

Engage your trunk muscles to maintain position. Push one leg out behind your so that it is parallel to the floor, and raise the opposite arm out in front so that it is parallel to the floor. Pause for a moment before return the arm and leg to the floor.

Perform on alternating sides.
