4 Point Leg Raise

Equipment Required:

None

To Set Up:

Begin by kneeling on the floor, then placing your hands on the floor, so that knees are beneath hips and hands are beneath shoulders. Your trunk should be roughly parallel to the floor, and in a neutral spine position.

To Perform:

Engage your trunk muscles to maintain position, and push one leg out behind your so that it is parallel to the floor. Pause for a moment before return the leg to the floor.

Perform on alternating legs.
