Barbell Tricep Skull Crusher
To Set Up:
Begin lying on a bench, holding a barbell with hands roughly shoulder width apart. Position the barbell above your head, and point your elbows towards the ceiling.
To Perform:
Extend your elbows to press the barbell upward. Pause for a moment with your elbows fully extended, before lowering the barbell back down.
