Barbell Uneven Hold

Barbell

To Set Up:

Load one side of a barbell with the desired weight. Position feet underneath the bar, hip width apart. Grasp the bar just outside the line of your legs and stand up tall.

To Perform:

Standing tall, ensure that the barbell is held central to your midline. As it is loaded unevenly, the weight will push the bar to one side. Resist this force to keep the barbell central to your midline.
