Crunch

Equipment Required:

None

To Set Up:

Begin laying on your back on the floor. Bend your knees to 90 degrees and place feet flat on the floor. Cross your arms on your chest.

To Perform:

Keeping your eyes on the ceiling, flex through your abdomen to elevated your chest and shoulders. In the top position your upper back should be held just off the floor. Pause for a moment in this position, before lowering back down.
