Dumbbell Bent Over Row

Dumbbell/s

To Set Up:

Begin standing with your feet hip width apart and toes pointing straight forward. Hold the dumbbells in front of your thighs, draw your shoulders back, and very slightly bend your knees.

Push your hips rearward and bring your torso towards the floor. The dumbbells should travel downward, just in front of your legs.

To Perform:

Perform the movement by puling your elbows toward the ceiling. In the top position your arms should be by your side, and elbows raised above your back. Pause for a moment, before extending the elbows to return to the start position.
