Dumbbell Incline Bench Press

Exercise Category:

Upper Body Push

Equipment Required:

Dumbbell/s

To Set Up:

First, set the bench into an incline position (approximately 30 degrees). Then, lay on your back on the bench with your feet flat on the floor.

Position your dumbbells so they are directly above your shoulders. This is the start position.

To Perform:

Bend your elbows to lower the dumbbells. As they lower they should move in an arc, downward and out, so they finish in line with your lower chest and with your forearms vertical. Pause for a moment in this position, before pushing the dumbbells back up into the start position.
