To Set Up:

Position yourself arms distance from a wall or kitchen benchtop. While performing this exercise, if you begin losing balance, you can use your arms to steady yourself against the benchtop or wall.

Stand with your feet hip width apart.

To Perform:

Lift one leg so your foot is approximately 30cm from the floor. Pause for a moment in this position before lowering down.

Repeat on alternating sides.
