Pull Up

Equipment Required:

Pull Up Bar

To Set Up:

If needed, use a bench or chair to reach up and grasp a fixed bar. Your hands should be slightly wider than shoulder width apart, and palms facing away.

To Perform:

Use your arms to lift yourself up to the bar, so that your neck is in line with your hands. Pause for a moment in the top position, before, lowering yourself down with control.
