Side Plank On Knees

To Set Up:

Begin lying on your side on the floor. Bend you knees to 90 degrees so that your shins are pointing behind you. Place the forearm of your lower arm on the floor, then lift yourself up using your forearm and outside of the lower knee. Position your hips so that there is a straight line from your knees to your shoulders.

To Perform:

Maintain the straight line between your knees and shoulders for the duration of the exercise.
