To Set Up:

Begin laying on your back on the floor. Bend your knees to 90 degrees and place feet flat on the floor. Extend your elbows and rest your hands on your lower thighs.

To Perform:

Keeping your eyes on the ceiling, flex through your abdomen and hips to sit up. In the top position your wrists should be in line with your knees. Pause for a moment in this position, before lowering back down.
