Split Stance Bridge

Equipment Required:

None

To Set Up:

Lay on your back with one knee bent at 90 degrees and foot flat on the floor. Bend the other knee to 45 degrees, and place the heel of that leg on the floor, with toes pointing up.

Cross your arms on your chest.

To Perform:

Push through your feet to move your hips upward. In the top position there should be a straight line between your shoulders and knee of the 90 degree bent leg. Pause for a moment in this position, before lowering to the floor.

Perform on both sides.
