Supinated Grip Inverted Row

Exercise Category:

Upper Body Pull

Equipment Required:

Pull Up Bar

To Set Up:

Position the bar on the rack, somewhere between chest and hip height. A higher bar position will make the exercise easier, and a lower bar position will make the exercise more difficult.

Position yourself behind the bar (so if you pull it, the bar moves into the rack and not forward on the hooks). Grasp the bar with palms facing up, with hands shoulder width apart.

Walk your feet forward until you are in a position whereby pulling yourself towards the bar would result in you contacting the bar with your lower chest.

To Perform:

Keeping a straight line between your ankles and shoulders, pull yourself towards the bar until your lower chest contacts the bar. Pause for a moment in the top position, before extending your elbows and lowering back down.
